Parking at First Hill Campus

The Broadway Garage uses roll gates that open when the visitor pulls a ticket from the garage at entry, or inserts a paid ticket upon leaving.

We are suspending valet service at First Hill and Cherry Hill, with the exception of the MS Valet at Cherry Hill, which will remain open for MS patients. If you have any questions about the suspension of this service, please email Caregiver Commute or call 206-386-2235.
Assistance with disabled parking and parking oversized vans is available at the First Hill campus valet locations during daytime hours. For assistance after hours, ask for Swedish Security. Also, oversized vehicle parking is available at the First Hill campus by making advance arrangements through the Parking Office at 206-386-2235.
At Swedish First Hill, visitor parking between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. is available in the main hospital garage, Broadway Garage, located underneath the main hospital at 747 Broadway. After-hours parking is also available at the Marion and Minor Garage, located at 1101 Madison, on Levels A, B, C and D. Between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. and on weekends, you must deposit $5 in the after-hours pay box to exit.
First Hill Bicycle Parking
Bike racks are located right next to the main entry of the hospital (747 Broadway) and the main entry of the Swedish Orthopedic Institute (601 Broadway). Individual bike lockers are also available inside the Swedish Orthopedic Institute garage on Minor Ave and James St. The bike lockers are first come first serve and should not be used for more than 24hrs. If an extended period of bike parking time is requested, please call Parking and Commuting offices at 206-386-2235.

- 600 Broadway Building: Bike racks are located on C level of the public garage
- Marion & Minor (1101 Madison Garage): There is a small bike rack on level A of the public garage
