Patient & Family Advisors
At Swedish, we know that in order to improve the overall experience, we need to understand the point of view of our patients and their families. Patient and family advisors will provide a unique and effective way for us to receive and respond to the input of our patients and customers.
We are currently seeking advisors that are willing to volunteer their time to help improve the way we provide care. These advisors will work in partnership with Swedish leadership, providers and staff to strengthen communication, promote patient advocacy and help develop programs, services and policies.
Projects may include providing input on:
- Design of patient programs and events
- Planning and development of new facilities/renovations
- Policy development
- Process improvement
- Participate in new employee and new provider orientation
- Material creation
- Administrative and clinical position interviews
