This was my first time meeting Dr. Tymchak, where we were both very impressed with his thouroughness and patient manner, listening carefully, providing easy to understand answers\explanations.We appreciated that he was not recommending a procedure or treatment when I am asymptomatic, so he is highly credible that I would follow his recommendation if\when I do need any surgery. This was an excellent Patient Experience in high quality medical care for an important area of my health!

Dr. Timchak was very professional and took his time to listen, explain in my imaging in great detail, and give me my options for treatment. I appreciated that he did so after being called to an emergency, and his schedule was very hectic. I only knew that from what his nurse told me, but he never made me feel rushed at all. I had remarkably negative results from my surgery, unexpected for the most part. I felt as though the medical team was at a loss as to how to handle my emotional reactions to rather daunting outcome. Could have had much better anticipatory guidance about potential results. Doc was, ultimately, responsive and kind.

Dr. Tymchak was perfect. Explained things to me so that I understood. Explained the MRI so I left with a good understanding of what was going on. It was a perfect office call. I left happy that someone took the extra time with me so I didn't leave lost.
