The entire staff in Dr Yu's office was extremely courteous, considerate and helpful. They all were very respectful. It was truly an excellent visit. I would highly recommend Dr Yu.
He taught me what I needed to know about my neck to help me make proper decisions.
Excellent work, we truly appreciate Dr Yu!
I supposedly have some complex problems so it's sometimes difficult for me to understand all the details- but I trust Dr Yu and his team- always highly skilled care
Prompt response, easy to make appointments, listens & answers questions
Dr. Yu has always been attentive and understanding.
Receptionist was extremely helpful to squeeze me in to see Dr Lu because I arrived on the wrong day. I am so grateful I didn't have to reschedule and make a return trip. Dr Lu was so gracious to see me and help me understand where my pain was originating and solutions he recommended.
I find this provider excellent
Doctor Yu is a great surgeon. I've been with them for twenty years.
Dr Yu was very good at explaining my condition and used a model to show me where my pain was coming from.
Good experience .
Dr. Yu was very understanding, especially considering that I was late to our initial appt because I was sick with COVID. I apologized to Dr. Yu about being so late. I was thankful that he was extremely understanding. Dr. Yu Is a very kind, intelligent doctor.
Sometimes they see him a little rough or agitated and they don't seem they're not have a bedside manner that's pretty cool but they get the job done that's all that I care about kind of
I have never received such awesome care and follow through than I had with Dr Yu!! Thank you!!
Although I had to wait in the room for an hour, when Dr. Yu saw me, he spent a great amount of time with me. I didn't feel I was rushed at all. I believe he just had a lot of patients that day.
My doctor is current in his field and it shows. The amount of continuous education taken is obvious. I rely on my doctor to make major decisions and trust his judgment.
Very good thank you so much
Very polite, very knowledgeable of my problem.
Dr took his time, was very well informed, I felt that he could help me.
The swedish pain center it's always efficient and takes excellent care of my medical needs. This is for a morphine pump refill which happens twice a year. I believe the service is excellent!
My paint specialist has absolutely no bedside manner, empathy, or care/respect for his pain patience. When your doctor specifically says (in front of my my other no less) that he does not have time for my problems because he is running behind schedule... In my opinion.... That I'd a doctor that doesn't care. I will be finishing my injections as he requested and after will be looking for a doctor no in this hospital that actually cares about the patients. After 3 years of being belittled, scolded and in my opinion discarded I can't deal with it anymore. Even if he may be the "BEST" crps doctor in the west side. I'll find someone else because he simply doesn't care and won't listen.
Dr Yu and all of the staff were kind, professional, and respectful. I went in to my appointment feeling a lot of anxiety due to prior bad experiences related to multiple IMEs for work injuries. I left feeling supported, listened to and informed. This is a wonderful practice.
I have had no unsatisfactory visits. I'm impressed with the medical care I received from all my health team.
I have seen several providers in this clinic. S or I have felt cared about and never ignored if I have questions or needed extra explanations
My provider and the office team provide awesome care
This appointment was for a procedure and was handled very well.
Dr. Yu is always very attentive during our visits, eben though I know how busy he is!
I have great trust in the knowledge and skill of Dr Yu but it's sometimes a challenge to get ahold of someone on the phone.
Looking forward to continuing care
He was late, rushed and did not respectfully discuss my back pain with me
Dr Yu was very helpful gaining treatment approval from my health insurance company. I appreciate his tenacity and support.
They always are very professional and friendly.
The best part is that the Dr Cong Yu found the cause of the issues, whereas, my primary care, neurologist, and radiologist seemed to not even look at the MRI's. Dr. Cong Yu examined me, then looked at the MRI's and within about 5 min's found the cause and provided a diagnosis. My primary care, neurologist, and the radiologist all seemed to not even look at the MRI's, because if they had, I would not have had to go through this for the past 7+ months. If the MRI's were ordered 4years ago, when I first brought up the issue, we could have potential resolved this issue before it became as bad as it is now. Thank You Dr. Cong Yu
I think my doctor ?S excellent. He has provided me with treatment that I needed w her no one else has. Im excited to say that he has been excellent.I have any apt.to have a procedure. Im looking forward to being pain free after years of other doctors trying to fix my pain. This time its will work. I have faith in this doctor.
This was my first visit with the care provider. Thank you for making this visit a possibility.
He was very helpful getting us in for this interview and scheduling my surgery,
Dr Cong Yu is excellent and his team are wonderful.
Dr. Yu is current in medical knowledge within his field of practice. I have spoken with Dr. Yu about options for surgery, medication, and even things I have read about on the internet. Dr. Yu gives a factual, educated response, even if it's not something I want to hear. (Example: I asked about cutting my abdominal nerves like what is done in the spine to "turn off" nerve pain. It was explained to me that this isn't possible for pelvic pain and why. I was unhappy because I had convinced myself it could be a beneficial option that wasn't medicine, but Dr. Yu explained why it couldn't be done.) Dr. Yu may even have thought I was an idiot for asking, but he entertained the questions respectfully.) I trust Dr. Yu for my care and have recommended him to friends and colleagues.
He was very rude
I have always had excellent care from Dr. Yu. I must listen carefully as he explains a lot! I've visited several back doctors over the years and he is quite direct and does his best to help me.
I feel I've gotten very good care from this provider. He's very thorough and organized and takes time to listen to and answer my questions. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is waiting for a call back from one of the triage nurses. It can take up to 3 days
Always listens and treats my condition very seriously
Dr. Yu is good care provider
Dr. You and his team are the very best. I so appreciate his problem-solving proactive approach to issues of pain. I literally don't know how I would get along as well as I do without him right by my side.
All Good. The only issue is the length of time it takes to get an appointment. You definitely need more personnel.
The care by all was great. Prompt, professional, and nicely done. I definitely will recommend this Doctor and his staff to all. In fact I already have. Excellent care!!
Everything went very well. My only comment is that he spoke very quickly so I had to ask to repeat things. The questions left blank were not of my experience.
Always very good
Excellent care. Just wish Dr. Would listen to my concerns without cutting me off.
Very satisfied with the Doctors visit recommendations and his excellent explanation.
Dr Yu answered all my questions. His ideas for treatment are sound and expected. I have not heard yet from those responsible for my next step.
