Dr Yu is always helpful! He's the best.

I called after going to a pain doctor who seemed to have no empathy and cut me off as I answered his questions. The staff says it is a regular complaint internally and externally. I called after my appointment to report to whomever what an unprofessional manner my doc had. Please call !

All was good except for lengthy wait time from first appointment to final procedure.

Dr. Yu is very thorough and his experience and skills are very evident to me. I have had this type of procedure from others and Dr. Yu spends more time and asks for more feedback.

Dr. Yu is the worse doctor I've ever been to. He was inconsiderate, condesending, did not listen, and was downright rude. One would think that since he was with the pain clinic, that he would have a little empathy for his patients and would listen to them. I would NEVER go back to him for anything!

All of my visits have been very good and I will definitely recommend this team!

The provider I saw was rude upon entering the exam room. He said the only thing I have done for you is a replacement of my spinal cord stimulator because original provider was unable. He didn't know why I was referred to him. He ordered xrays and ct scan I believe yo determine if I needed back surgery but didn't listen to me that I can't have back surgery now.

Scheduling was a bit tricky because Dr. Yu is covering for another provider and so I called expecting to get seen in 3 months. However, I wasn't able to be seen for over 4 months because of that additional patient load. Dr. Yu is an amazing provider. I know his information in my condition is current, and he is always knowledgeable about upcoming devices or medication that could be used to treat my condition. I have absolute trust in Dr. Yu. He is always a professional and he is THE gold standard in medical care. My records are always up to date, I am told in advance if Dr. Yu will be out for any extended period of time so I can schedule accordingly. Dr. Yu always lets me know if another physician will be covering my case while he is out. My family loves Dr. Yu, and he has always treated them with respect if they accompany me to an appointment. Dr. Yu is the GOAT and I hope Swedish treats him well because he is the best doctor. Period. The receptionist staff are amazing. Most know my name, they never hesitate to provide assistance, and they are incredibly kind and hardworking. I also appreciate the medical assistants who start off the appointment. Most are truly wonderful, caring individuals.

Dr Yu stepped in when my Dr had to go to surgery and there was an emergency with my morphine implant. Once he was able to help me it was great. Communication about how long it would take to him to be able to help was hard. My service dog was in the car and they guesstimated an hour to do the rotator study. I waited more than 2 hours before he even came. I'm extremely grateful, just a heads up so I could make alternate arrangements would have been helpful.

Dr Yu is an excellent doctor. He uses a variety of techniques to treat my pain. I've only had good experiences.

Dr Yu took extra time with me to investigate and explain my condition and related symptoms. He also took time to look at a problem with my back and leg, which may be caused by the sacroiliac joint on my right side. He explained a lot about my conditions and helped mo to understand them much better.

Dr. Yu is a genius at this procedure. His staff take a personal interest, are kind, approachable, solicitous and professional. The reception staff are also every bit as kind and professional. They take excellent care of me, and want to help with any of my needs. I love the stuffing out of them.

Dr. Yu is always very patient with me and answers all of my questions. I have been struggling with witnessing the death of my mother, and he has been very compassionate. I have actually recommended Dr. Yu to colleagues before. The entire team has always taken very good care of me. I have chosen to commute to see Dr. Yu versus someone local because of his knowledge and dedication. I trust Dr. Yu completely because it's obvious that he keeps up with current medical practices that are best for each patient. Dr. Yu has also worked with another doctor when I had surgery to make sure my medication needs were handled correctly. I can't say enough how grateful I am for Dr. Yu and his team.

I have been having a problem getting my insurance to pay for a procedure and Dr. Yu went above and beyond. He appealed my case three or four times, however, it was unsuccessful. I have new insurance and as soon as I called them, they got me ready for my procedure. I am having a spine stimulator battery replacement. I have seen a lot of doctors in my time and your guys office is the best. Just for a little bit of reference, I have had 17 procedures or surgeries since I was 19 years old, So I have seen a lot of doctors. Thank you.
