Get the parenting advice, answers and support you need

We love bringing healthy babies into the world – and healthy families, too. One way we do this is by helping you find the information and support you need.

You’ll find plenty of both at The Lytle Center for Pregnancy & Newborns now open at Swedish First Hill. It’s a place where parents and parents-to-be can take classes, ask for advice from the experts, and get to know each other.

You’ll also find the Lytle Center indispensible for breastfeeding help, well-baby checkups a few days after you give birth, wellness advice, and all kinds of other resources for new families. You can even call 206-386-BABY (2229) if you’re looking to find a doctor or midwife to deliver your baby.

Ever get home from an appointment and realize you forgot to ask your provider about something? Our Online Health Libraries are a great place to look up more information about a certain diagnosis, procedure, or treatment. There, you’ll find trustworthy medical information arranged in two easy-to-use directories in both English and Spanish, available 24 hours a day. Sometimes the support you need is outside our walls. Our Community Resources page can point you toward organizations all around Puget Sound that new parents find helpful.
