We didn't feel very comfortable with this care provider as they seemed solely focused on delivering information rather than providing care. We didn't felt heard or understood in our in-person conversations or the MyChart communication.

Very appreciative of the responsiveness and follow up to reduce my stress.

Yui was excellent glad she was able to fit me in.

Yuiho was incredibly thorough and gave me really good information. I feel like she was really on top of my medical history even though I'd never seen her before. Her recommendations for future care made sense and helped me make informed decisions for myself. She was awesome.

I have a more urgent situation needing attention before the holidays. Yui and her medical team responded very fast via My Chart message. The then scheduled to see me the following day. I really appreciate it. I was in a middle of a work meeting during my appointment. The nurse who helped was very understanding and patient. Yui was also very understanding. What I would hope to happen is more collaboration between myself and the medical team. I usually research about my symptoms and potential treatments. I understand some providers could feel a bit intimidated by it and do not like that. However with the easy access of information these days and AI, we should also learn to leverage it and look for potential alternatives and solutions for patients. Sometimes i, as a patient, I do know my body the best. As doctors, they should also learn how to cope with the increasing knowledge of the patient la and work with them to set up a good treatment plans.

The NP was very kind and professional. I appreciate my medical providers balancing career and family, so we patients don't lose the excellent experience of our medical team. Congratulations on her 2nd baby. I also think having mothers as medical providers helps the patient, since the medical providers can relate to their patients who are moms (from body changes to modifying instructions to correlate with parental responsibilities. Thanks for the ARNP going step by step in my care plan, what to expect, and as all medical providers, she was so professional and intelligent when doing my examination. I have high anxiety and very prone to cysts depending on time of month. It's best if I don't do my own self exams, I appreciate how fast and professional she was. She made me feel 100% comfortable. Thank you. I apologize for the difficult time in not understanding the paperwork re my MRI received from my insurer, and what was ordered and sent to Seattle Radiology. Thank you for working with me.
