Warm pleasant encouraging appointment

I went in for a cervical epidural steroid injection. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Xing and his staff were courteous, respectful, and skilled. There was no pain, and the procedure was over in 15 minutes. It's been one week and I've had good results so far. I will definitely see Dr. Xing If I need additional pain management for my neck issues.

Dr Xing is an excellent doctor. He is sympathetic and patient. I only wish that he wasn't so busy. The waiting time before my appointment was months-and then, it was a "virtual" appointment.

Dr. Xing didn't meet with me at the appt prior to me being face down on the procedure table. This is poor patient experience. He then asked if the doctor in training with him could help with the procedure. This should have been asked and discussed prior to me being in th procedure room.

Dr. Xing is particularly great at explaining what is going on. He explains things better than any physician I've ever had (which is a lot of physicians!). I trust him to be upfront about what he is thinking. He is respectful about my concerns as well. Highly recommend this physician and suggest some of the other physicians at Swedish take lessons from him.
