He was very thoughtful and explained what he was going to do and why very clearly.

Dr. Xing didn't meet with me at the appt prior to me being face down on the procedure table. This is poor patient experience. He then asked if the doctor in training with him could help with the procedure. This should have been asked and discussed prior to me being in th procedure room.
