About Vincent T. Chan
I am grateful for the opportunity to listen to patients concerns and to find ways to help them achieve their personal goals. Its rewarding to learn from patients as I educate them about their health issues and offer them treatment options tailored to their specific needs. I have completed fellowship training to benefit patients with diseases of the sinus and nasal airway and collaborate with my colleagues in the Department of Neurosurgery to offer minimally invasive endoscopic approaches to lesions of the anterior skullbase.

The provider was only in the room with me for under 10 minutes. I felt dismissed and that my problem was not worth his time. I was referred to him by one of the PA in the department. It was not a self referral.

Dr Chan reached out proactively on Friday with a care plan in response to an urgent medical issue. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care he demonstrated by doing this which lead to me getting the expert care I needed going into the weekend.

Personable, knowledgeable, informative and efficient.

I appreciated the doctor's help, but I didn't need a surgeon-what I really needed to see was a PA. I was told that the PA who helped me previously, at Cherry Hill, has left and not been replaced. I hope that situation will change soon.

Dr Vincent Chan is the best ENT surgeon I have ever had. He is the reason I can smell again and breathe easier. He is also responsible for getting me on a long term medication to prevent regrowth of polyps and they haven't come back since.
