I must say Swedish has been pretty good,accessible,good health-care and most of I have good experiences. I also so my best to be vourteos and kind. I am a community worker as well. Thank you for being available.

I felt very brushed over and not listened to during this appointment. I felt that couldn't get a word in edgewise and I don't feel that all of my health concerns were addressed.

I really liked the way I was treated

First time seeing an ENT with teen daughter. Very fast 5 minutes or less visit. No explanation of medication prescribed . No paperwork or info. On medication. Dr was in a rush. Didn't seem to care.

Dr. Chan was clear and professional in his interaction with me.

The surgery and medicine that dr Chan provided has been life changing. I can breathe and smell and taste better than I ever have. I will be eternally grateful to dr Chan and and his team :)

I came for a second opinion and I got it.

While on-time, the appointment seemed very rushed. This didnt seem appropriate considering this was an important post-operation checkup. I was expecting more time with the doctor to go over progress, risks, and how to manage certain situations (e.g., major nosebleed or loss of blood clot post surgery).

He seemed pretty rushed and uninterested. Didn't provide any aftercare instructions

Dr. Chan arrived 9 minutes late to a 20-minute appointment and still ended the visit on time, effectively cutting the appointment in half. During the visit, he did not answer my questions or explain the pros and cons of the options available to me. Instead, he said he would send a packet containing the information. No materials were sent. When I followed up, a nurse sent a one-page document that did not include the information I requested. When I asked again, she was unable to provide it, and it appeared the detailed information Dr. Chan referenced did not exist.Overall, it felt like he did not have the time or interest to discuss my concerns. He arrived late, ended promptly, and redirected my questions to materials that were never provided. The experience was negative, and I would not recommend this provider. I left the appointment without the understanding I needed and will have to consult another provider to get it.I cannot say whether this is a consistent pattern, but based on my own experience and similar accounts I've seen in other reviews, it does not appear to be an isolated incident.

The doctor I was evaluating was fine. He seemed very competent. It was just the first time I felt rushed during the exam period.

Very devoted doctor and respectful

He seemed to be rushed or preoccupied,, although he was very knowledgeable and efficient with his treatment . I didn't feel my questions about chronic sinus symptoms would have been appreciated or taken time for.

I've seen this provider twice. I'm in and out so fast and while I feel his judgement is sound, I don't feel like he's seeing me, I feel like I'm on an assembly line.

The doctor was in a hurry and did not take the time to really explain or listen but instead tried to leave in a hurry

He is very busy and it can be a struggle to get an appointment. However, no one else has his expertise and compassion.

Dr Chan addressed my biggest concern right at the start, which made my relax. He is articulate, patient and seems to have the innate ability to assure the patient that he understands.

First time with this provider. He was very good. Initial referral appt was way too far away. After calling to check on any waitlist, they hadn't realized I needed it to get more serious surgery next. They then were highly responsive and helpful. Referrals should include indications of importance, otherwise a patient is just a number to plug in with no consideration of need/priority. Better system with better consideration for patient.

I think Dr. Chan is knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. However, he has so many patients & Is always busy. This past visit, he was actually a bit rushed. He was almost backing out of the door because he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I even forgot to ask him a question. He's terrific about answering questions on MyChart, anyway (or his nurse is!).
