Very good support and help

The entire experience was very pleasant from the staff at the receiving desk to the doctor to the follow-up appointment nurse. Everyone was pleasant, professional, informative and made sure I was comfortable and understood all the information given me.

Scheduling the appointment was 4 months away. The person doing the scheduling was very good, but could not give a sooner appointment.Dr. Yang was very good and his service was great.

Dr. Yang was amazing. He was knowledgeable about my past surgeries and medications. He put me at ease because he was so thorough.

It was thorough, concise, informative and complete with good follow up.

A little more communication at the beginning of the appt would be good, I was not aware a camera was going down my nose/throat.this happened within 4mins of the doctor being in the room. Felt rushed. Happy with the results and that he performed the procedure, just wish it was a little more step by step communication of what he was going to do.

Very punctual and informative

Dr. Yang was fast and super efficient; yet, was connecting so I can trust him quickly. I was very impressed and satisfied how he checked my condition and also my medical records from the past.

Had a great appointment with Dr. Yang. Only concern was the image/scan he was reviewing from a previous appointment with a different provider from the same office had my nostrils labeled incorrectly (left as right; right as left). Thankfully Dr. Yang figured it out right away.

Since switching to Swedish/Providence about a year ago, I've been extremely happy with all the medical services I've received. However, the ENT office at the Swedish Issaquah campus went above and beyond. From the woman who checked me in to the man who gave me paperwork and discussed scheduling a CT scan, ALL the staff were very polite, friendly, and seemed happy to be helping me. Dr. Yang in particular was very well prepared (he'd gone through my records and evaluated prior imaging), informative, attentive, and genuinely nice. The appointment went by very quickly and as I stepped into the elevator I felt extremely confident in Dr. Yang's skills and in future services and treatments. Thank you

Nothing to really comment about everythings been pretty good with great service, I think Swedish is one of the better healthcare services in our region.

Extremely kind front desk staff and attending nurse. Nurse very thorough with medical history, prescriptions, vitals, great personality & great advocate of time (very polite, yet didn't stray from her nursing care). Dr was very knowledgeable about my prior history, obvious he read my charts. He was very careful about ensuring he knew past surgical experiences, how body tolerated surgery, if I'd ever had ENT surgery in past, covered my history of allergy shots, complete examination of nostrils/sinuses, Dr let me know what to expect during procedure, used terms I understood. He was very clear about next steps, as was front desk. (She has an 8, 10, & 12 year old children) I can't remember her name, but provided me with a paper copy of the CT office to contact (with phone number circled), made future appointment (she reminded me too), let me know appointment will show on MyChart. I received wonderful care at the ENT Dr, and would recommend him highly (and his staff) to all.

All was good and as I expected

All went well seeing this sinus specialist, It was a good appointment and helpful.

Dr Yang was professional and able to answer all my questions. He was attentive and gave me assurance regarding my health concerns.

Dr. Yang was awesome. Dr. Yang diagnosed the problem and delivered great care!!

I liked the physician very much, and appreciated his advice and knowledge. He was courteous, and his explanations were very clear. Sadly, the nurse rushed me although I arrived ahead of time. Her instructions weren't clear either. The doctor was great and I'd recommend him highly and was glad I was recommended to him.

Doctor seemed dismissive to my concerns.

I really liked the friendly care I received.

The doctor was good but did not explain his thoughts to me. I was very surprised the appointment ended so quickly. Perhaps he thought the Seattle location could better address what I needed. He said the field was very specialized.

Dr Yang explained my condition to me clearly and helped steer me in the right direction to receive further care.

I believe Dr Yang did through exam, understood my concerns but visit notes said my first concern was my right ear but it was the left. I will be following up with a hearing test

Dr. Yang graciously received me despite my unintended late arrival. He was prepared for the visit and his insights and clear explanations despite the shortened time were greatly appreciated.
