Loved everybody there. Everyone was super nice. The doctor was very friendly and listened. It was very refreshing. I like that. She didn't try to pressure surgery immediately. She actually just truly listened to understand a very sweet lady.

Dr. Sanchez's appointments are so quick it is difficult to ask all her questions. Also, I had a septoplasty and was not provided upfront with clear information like how long before I could exercise, blow my nose, etc. It was very unclear, even at the 7 day appointment after surgery. This type of information should have been clearly laid out and provided in written form in advance of the surgery so I knew what to expect and how long after surgery I couldn't do things like exercise and flip my head upside down.
