Turned out that I needed to see a different type of specialist so this visit ended up being a stepping stone to that but even though it ended up being a referral elsewhere, I still felt very well taken care of and doctor listened to my concerns and provided helpful information for me in my next steps. Dr Hein was exceptionally clear in his ability to explain his diagnosis and recommendations. One of the best medical communicators I have encountered.

The doctor was running late but that was probably the result of a patient running late; that's enough on that, thank you. Dr. Hein was WELL WORTH the wait. He had very few "maybes" in his answers; the major part was clear, concise, definite and easy to understand. He more than sufficiently elaborated on the few parts that weren't. I left his office more confident, well informed and happier than when I went in; that's for dang sure!

Dr. Hein is a great doctor. Patient, kind, caring, knowledgable, willing to offer all options, flexible, all of these characteristics and more. Dr. Hein is an all around great doctor.

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciated How informed Dr. Hien Was about my health concern, by reading and studying my test results of ultrasounds the findings and other test that he had full knowledge of. He explained what my options were and I chose surgery for a health concern that had been going on for a year and he scheduled the surgery quickly. HE and his Staff were so very compassionate and helped me to clearly understand with written instructions what I needed to do to prepare for the surgery, tips on how to get to the surgery center and parking. All this information was so very helpful to reduce my stress . A huge thanks to Dr. Hein and his amazing staff!
