Quality experience

Because my health care provider here in Port Angeles will be doing the preop for my surgery, I feel the neurosurgeon needed to explain the surgery more than he did. I have a medical background and am capable of understanding procedures. Other than that, the surgeon was polite and told me he does this surgery all the time.

Dr Patel is helping me for a specific need. I see a GP for other concerns. I was very pleased with Dr Patel.

Dr.Patel is great but having to wait over a month for the injection I needed that day is way to far out!!

In general was a very good experience; however I need to call the office to get more info regarding one the symptoms I have and I need to know why. Dr Patel in general was very good, he explained things I needed to know, he was attentive to my case .

Dr Patel was straight forward with information about my spine and its condition. He explained what he saw on the X-ray-that was on a screen. He gave me tx options on how to address the problem. Dr Patel is referring me to physician who addresses issues such as mine. I am pleased with Dr Patel and would not hesitate recommending him to people I know.

The doctor explained everything clearly about my upcoming surgery. Also, the nurse went over some things that I needed to know and answered any questions that I did not ask the doctor. They were very attentive.
