Dr Patel was straight forward with information about my spine and its condition. He explained what he saw on the X-ray-that was on a screen. He gave me tx options on how to address the problem. Dr Patel is referring me to physician who addresses issues such as mine. I am pleased with Dr Patel and would not hesitate recommending him to people I know.

The doctor explained everything clearly about my upcoming surgery. Also, the nurse went over some things that I needed to know and answered any questions that I did not ask the doctor. They were very attentive.

I love Dr. Patels office! Absolutely the best care I've ever received! The only difficulty I had with this appointment was scheduling virtual. I was advised I would be called back twice by a coordinator after chatting through MyChart but did not receive a call; I then called and had to go through receptionist who spoke with coordinator to have her call me back later; She called me the next day.
