Dr. Dotson was very helpful and even recorded things I thought I might forget in the notes on MyChart (and gave me a printout after the visit). She was very informed on matter that we discussed, which included my concerns about sleep issues, fatigue, exercise, and getting out to connect with others.

I was seen by the doctor's student for about 15 minutes, and she asked questions pertinent to my appointment. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable for the most part. Then she left and returned with the physician a few minutes later. The doctor spoke to me for about 3 minutes to tell me she ordered me an MRI, and that was about it. I felt the doctor was probably busy, but did not show compassion or interest, and that is sad to see.

I love the care I get from Emma Dotson.

I am very happy with all of my providers. They are busy so I do understand that sometimes I wait longer than I would like to see one of them.

It took 6-7 months to get into this appt. I would call periodically to see if there were cancellations. We were finally moved up two weeks. Our experience once we got to the appt was wonderful. The entire staff and medical care team were positive and professional. They explained everything and made us feel hopeful.

I feel I am--and have been treated as a whole person. I feel I get a better feel of a person in person rather than remotely.
