The entire team is friendly and efficient from check-in to setting next appointment on the way out. Dr. Zhao is able to anticipate my questions and he is able to gauge what I understand too.

Dr. Zhao has been very good as my oncologist after my kidney removal surgery in May 2024. He has explained everything very well and answered any questions clearly. It is obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr Zhao always seems very rushed. When we are talking about major health choices he does not allow any time to make educated choices. Not concerned about my diet, or other options other than his. For me he has very poor doctor patient communication skills.

I have appreciated this Doc's thorough checkups (in person) in the past. This is the first time I've had a video appointment with him, and it seemed rushed, but I know he was overwhelmed with too many patients that day.

Dr. Song Zhao is a very caring professional. He has one of the hardest roles in medicine, and yet his positive attitude and quiet, firm demeanor make us trust in his insights and believe we will indeed find better health with this regimen. Both me and my wife have lost loved ones to cancer, but in the past three years, we also have seen family recover and enjoy their lives. He is a grace in our lives at a very difficult time.
