I have had an absolutely stellar experience with Kristen at the team here - so much so that I have recommended to multiple other people that they consider scheduling with her :-) I love that I can call and talk to someone in the office - not a random catch-all call center - and Kristen is incredibly knowledgable and responsive to questions both in-person and those sent via the online portal. I feel really lucky to have her managing my high risk cancer surveillance care.
