I wasn't able to see my regular doctor whom I really like because there were no appointments available within that week. This is the second time I saw this dr and I did. It care for him. He isn't very personable and he doesn't seem to know how to solve my medical issues. Hard to describe but both times I saw him I was not happy and felt like it was a waste of my time. I will not be seeing this provider again. It's just too bad that my regular dr doesn't reserve some time to see patients who have a medical issue that requires an appt within a couple days

I've been with Dr. Cai for over a year and a half, and he and his staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. Thank you.

Dr Cai and staff are great. We would give them a "20" if you offered such a number instead of only 10.

Dr Cai always listens to my concerns and explains things thoroughly and makes sure I understand what he wants me too know! Dr Cai is very intelligent and patient with me and wants to make sure I understand and get what I need. I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks!

I was going through the best appointment

Dr. Kai is professional yet warm, goes over everything anyway the patient can understand and be part of. Listens to the patient, especially informing the plan of care. Always asks if there is anything else outside of what brought you in to see him. Proactive in ordering tests and medication's.

Dr. Cai is a man of few words but is very efficient and focused. When I asked for a referral or use of drugs he had recommended for me in the past for similar symptoms, he provided the referral and drugs I needed. He also clearly Identified the cause of my pain so I will not have the pain in the future. Although he is all business, that is fine with me because he has successfully treated my issues and made me aware of other treatments that helped me. I will use him again in the future.

The scheduler went above and beyond my expectations to find a physician I could talk to immediately.

I've found Dr. Cai to always be personable and, most importantly, attentive to my questions and concerns. His thoughtfulness in taking the time to listen to me is very much appreciated. This is especially true since health care organizations nowadays dictate their doctors' quality of practice via quotas and metrics, rather than the actual quality. As a patient it's both frustrating and infuriating to be aware that the quantity of care is most important to management, rather than the quality of care. This is the main reason I'm doing this survey so that Dr. Cai and his staff get the recognition and thanks they deserve for treating me as a patient, not another faceless number whose time expires after 15 min.Thank you.

From the time I walked in until I had left the staff was so very friendly, the person at the reception desk, the physician assistant and the doctor were all outstanding. Thanks to them!
