The whole clinic, every provider, assistant, clerk, etc I've seen since I started going 6.5 years ago have been compassionate, patient, kind, efficient, professional and just easy to deal with. It's a wonderful clinic. It's not particularly fun being a cardiac patient but they have given continuous and comprehensive care that has made it so much easier.

Initial communication problems with the clinic staff. Not very transparent regarding tests, potential drug treatments and tests. Very cryptic. Meeting with Dr. Chang I was able to share these concerns and he promised to address them. He was very receptive and spent the necessary time time address mt concerns and questions.

Dr. Chang is a great doctor. He always gives me plenty of time, always seems to remember everything about me and my progress during the years that he has been treating me for heart failure and went far beyond what I expected in trying to determine why my heart failed. As it is gradually healing itself, he has been flexible and understanding as my health has improved and I struggled with the side effects of some of my medicines.

I was able to be seen by the best when I needed to be. No reason to complain. Certainly blessed by Dr. Chang and his team. Thank you.
