She demonstrated a thorough understanding of my medical history and asked pertinent questions about my visit's purpose. I appreciated that I didn't feel the need to repeatedly explain my medical conditions or justify my requests. Appt w/Juliana was a follow up to Urgent care visit for a hive/rash reaction to something. They wanted to make sure all was ok and did recommend me seeing an allergist to find out what I might be allergic to.

The provider I saw this week was absolutely great. This was the best provider I've seen in a long time. I didn't see another provider there that I was not always happy with always left without having satisfaction with this provider that I had this week Miss Nam Was absolutely fantastic. She moved fast got me into test and other specialist very fast and I really liked her and I will be back to see her again.

Juliana is great. I would like to be able to schedule with her directly online. Right now it only lets me schedule online with my PCP.

Juliana Nam listened, observed snd photographed my area of concern. She advised to refer me to a private dermatologist and recommended an appointment with my primary care physician, whom I had not met yet, so he could access, and provide treatment or encourage me to see Private dermatologist. I liked Julian Nam's care and her and her approach.
