Dr. Vatheuer and his team have always shown great care when ever I am there for an appointment or question on the phone.

Dr V is always really personable and takes his time with me. I always feel heard and understood and at ease.

The office staff is very corteous and treats patients with respect with a caring attitude.

The doctor always seems too busy to make an appointment when I need him the most. Although other doctors are available earlier, I prefer to meet with my primary doctor because he knows my health history.

From the moment I arrive (check in) until I leave (scheduling follow up), there is a clear culture of respect, friendliness and professionalism at Swedish Primary- Snoqualmie. In between, I feel that my doctor sees, hears and understands me. My recent blood draw (in the lab) was practically performed without my even noticing. The standard of care is consistently excellent and I would highly recommend this Swedish location.

My PCP is excellence in all aspects. Professionalism, knowledge, though exams, and concern for me and my wellness physically and mentally.

Hans is great. He is a good listener, takes time to understand your issue and explains things clearly and simply. I was able to get in quickly, but the snoqualmie office is often very hard to schedule and seeing my primary care doctor can be 3-4 weeks.

Dr. V addresses every one of my medical needs and listens when I speak. I almost left Swedish a few years ago because my previous Dr did not.
