It took a few weeks to get an appointment.

Dr Parker is personable, reliable, patient and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I had to opportunity to establish care with her while she was with Valley Medical and was able to continue seeing her through Swedish. She is an excellent provider and I have recommended her to friends on several occasions.

Listened attentively to my concerns and symptoms, provided a follow-up plan ro address them.

My late husband is a big part of why I'm now a Swedish patient we absolutely cannot Thank you all for your caring support and professionalism

My doctor and the attending nurse resolved my hearing issue/extremely waxy ear problem quickly and professionally. What a relief.

Dr Kristin Parker has been a caring, concerned "partner" in my mom's health and well being. The receptionists were great this pastime and noticeably better than the last 2 times. The medical assistant was not great. She simply called out my mom's name, then no smileOr eye contact, No warm welcome, then led to a room, and said something quickly that we couldn't follow, had to ask her to repeat it. Not a consistent with your mission and values, and did not make us feel at ease. The portal has worked well, after initial crazy glitches. But did not like the advice to go toThe emergency room for care. We didn't and turned out it wasn't warranted.It feels like your team except the MAnwere all focused on a great patient experience and it was totally noticed. Thank you!!!

The care provider was good. However this was the first time during a physical exam that I kept my shirt on (I am a male) and that an accurate assessment of heart, lungs and abdominal check could be done appropriately. Maybe things have changed, but it seemed different than in the past.

Warm and welcoming staff. I had a good experience and got an appointment by phone very quickly.

Dr. Parker was very bright, easy to talk to and I felt validated and understood by her.

My care provider and the care team at Swedish Sand Point were incredible and extremely helpful. I was on a time crunch in needing to get a physical exam for work clearance, and the receptionist I called was very understanding of my situation and helped me make an appointment as a new patient in the same week I was calling. My care provider during my physical exam was very friendly and listened to my concerns. I received the lab work I had done within a day or two of my physical exam appointment. I also called to make an immunization appointment and was able to come in the next morning. Every time I have called with a question, the receptionists have been very warm and thorough with their questions to ensure that I get an answer, which has always been in a very timely manner! I could not have asked for a better experience at Swedish Sand Point and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I recently experienced a back injury that caused a lot of pain and prevented me from sleeping. I called this office and was able to get in same day. Both Doctors were going out of their way to help me with Rx and PT referrals. Super helpful and caring!

Dr Kristin Parker has been my doctor for many years. When she moved to Swedish from Valley Medical, there was no question that I wouldn't become her patient at Swedish (even though the drive Is farther, she's worth It). She has taken excellent care of my health needs and I feel extremely confident that she really cares about me. She listens to any concerns or issues I have and we talk about options to treat, if necessary. If I contact her via MyChart, she gets back to me very quickly. I truly value and appreciate the excellent care she has always provided me.

Kristin Parker is not my regular physician; she saw me while my regular provider is out on maternity leave. Dr. Parker was thorough, took an interest in my comments and questions, and followed up immediately with an interpretation of the results of my lab test.
