I was really disappointed with my visit. It was completely rushed. I told her I had multiple things to talk about and she only addressed one thing and it felt like the session ended abruptly. She did not ask if I needed more help and left me with several unanswered questions and need for more care. The visit definitely has exploring other options for a primary care doctor.

And when she feels she needs further Input from other specialities, she Is transparent and clear about why and how that looks. From explaining why she is taking that step, what those steps look like, the steps she will take, and the steps I need to take as the patient. I never feel rushed. This was my first visit with this provider because my previous provider was no longer at the practice. The care I received was exceptional and I was so happy to have found such a thorough and helpful new provider. I would highly recommend her to my friends. In fact I have already done so. It is so important to feel listened to, especially with chronic pain that there isn't always a good answer to, but Dr Chen Ho took me very seriously and had such a positive outlook that I felt very hopeful that there may be solutions. Dr. Chen is an amazing listener and is very collaborative when it comes to medical care. She listens to concerns and provides helpful information. Additionally, it is my opinion that she really narrows and zeros in on root causes. My normal metabolic panel came back irregular and abnormal. Additional tests were ordered and referrals made. She knew I could see these results immediately in my chart and rather than taking up to three days to respond I got a response within 24 hours. I think that is Above the bar from what I hear from other friends concerning their doctors. I think she is just that respectful of her patients.

After I have received care, she always asks what I'm doing for the rest of the day to ensure that I won't be compromising the treatment done in office. She also checked in on my previous medical history (i.e. Vaccinations) to make sure that they are up to date and noticed a varicose vein in my leg that I am now receiving treatment for.
