Upon arrival was greeted by Friendly receptionist. She was very kind and helpful explaining everything we needed to do with this being Mom's first appointment. The MA was very kind and explained all she was doing. Polite and smiles. Doctor unbelievably kind and did not feel rushed. She explained things to mom and I.

Friends my age do not report the high level of satisfaction with their provider as I do with Dr Rubinstein. In fact, if their insurance would permit it they would switch to her geriatric practice. I cannot recommend Dr Rubenstein highly enough.

I am very pleased with my visit and staff are all outstanding across the board.

Dr Rubinstein is concerned about my health and my lately osteoporosis. Due to I have other health issues that need treatment too, she asks advices from the osteoporosis specialist on how to best give me the treatment for my other health issues but at the same time not delaying my osteoporosis treatment.

Family practice at Swedish is the best. I've been going there for over 30 years. I've had two primary care docs and both have been the absolute best.

Dr. Rubenstein was very knowledgeable about my various issues and treated me with respect. She both listened to me and articulated the reasons for her recommendations with care. I very much appreciate the time and thought Dr. Rubenstein exercised in treating me.
