I was very early for my appointment and I really appreciate that the team managed to see me ahead of my appointment time. I did not expect that, but it was very nice for me. This clinic is awesome.

Dr. Anne did a superb job in answering all of my questions and needs with comprehensive insight and practical, easy to understand advice. Additionally, she performed a thorough clinical exam always telling me what she is planning to do before actually starting each exam step.

Friendly, prepared, informed. I feel like effort was made to make me feel safe during a rough time.

Overall, my care providers have been great. In the 30 years that I have been going there, all if my experiences have been really good except for one (rabies vaccination, September 2024) and I have addressed my concerns with how that was handled to Swedish.

I always have an amazing experience with my provider and leave feeling grateful for her support. My concerns are always addressed and she shows genuine concerns for my well being.

My previous experience (with a different provider) was unfortunately not a positive one, so I had hesitated coming back. I made my appt with Anne Emerson because I had seen her for a couple of things in the past. The receptionist and the nurse and Anne immediately put me at ease and treated me with so much kindness and compassion. It truly has made all the difference in my health journey.

Anne Emerson is my favorite NP. I feel like she is attentive and really listens to what is going on with me at any given time. I never feel rushed and don't get the sense that I was already judge before I was listen to. She gives good advice and doesn't forget the little things.Scheduling with her can be a bit of a struggle. I sometimes don't get in when I need to. It's sometimes pushed out a ways. But I tell myself that she is so great that everyone wants to see her.

I felt like Dr. Emerson was super kind, empathetic, and listened to me. I was very worried about how this appointment would go both due to previous negative experiences and my lack of insurance (which I have been desperately trying to get) but I really don't think it could have gone any better and ended up feeling very grateful to have been able to see her that day. The medication prescribed has been a huge relief and was still affordable.
