The provider was great and was able to provide care to concerns ive had in the past that were overlooked. I will say in order to get this appointment I had to call three times. The first two times it gave me the option to have a call back so I wouldn't need to wait on the phone. But no one ever called. The third time I decided to just wait on the phone and then was able to make the appointment right away.
