The entire team of Dr Hernandez and the CVICU team and the teams on cardiology unit on the 4 th floor where outstanding and always went above and beyond and did the extra "mile"I am grateful for all that was done and is done Thank you
Very good experience
Very timely at the appointment- explained everything thoroughly. Always responsive to phone inquiries. Excellent service.
Everyone was caring and precise in explaining how the video appointment would work. My doc was 45 minutes late, I get it that sometimes it happens in medicine.
My experience with Dr. Hernandez was extremely positive. We discussed the problems with my heart valve and the upcoming surgery to replace it. He was very careful to explain the procedure and choices Involved In the procedure. He left me and my wife feeling very confident that I was in good hands. We have since set a date for my surgery.
Going in to this appointment I was really nervous about my upcoming procedure, still am a little actually. But Dr. Hernandez's demeanor, his confidence and knowledge, just his overall vibe, really put me at ease
Dr. Hernandez listened to my questions and concerns very carefully and empathetically.
I received excellent and informative information about my heart condition. I received an appointment for surgery that is in a timely manner. My family and I are extremely satisfied with the expertise and professionalism of the doctor and his staff.I am looking forward to working with the doctor and his staff in the near future.
I think this DR does a great job. Very confident in his abilities.
Dr Hernandez was amazing. As was the staff. It was among my best experiences with healthcare.
Everything was great ..
Experiences with Swedish staff have been very good, and I just hope expectations are not to see 10s on everything which is the main reason I am apprehensive about filing out surveys. When 10s are the expected rating for a good experience It just devalues a 10 to a 5. Again, Swedish personnel have been great to work with and I am comfortable to be having a significant procedure performed there in the near future.
Dr Hernandez was very courteous and he explained everything that is going on with my heart in a very simple, east to understand language and he was very courteous to allow my children to call in and ask questions during the visit and as a family we were very grateful as we all felt part of the care team in making the plan of care for me and my family. We all felt very comfortable knowing that I will be in the hands of a very knowledgeable and great team and that the outcome will be great. He took a lot of time and explained what to expect from that point on and also after the surgery and answered all our questions and was very thorough and empathetic.
They treated me very well I definitely would go back.
I never had bad experiences, only good
Dr. Hernandez was great. He put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions. We're so thankful for his help.
