About John L. Mignone

In the Advanced Cardiac Support clinic, patients will receive the comprehensive care needed for heart failure treatment. Dr. Mignone and his team have created a comprehensive approach to managing heart failure allowing patients a level of support unique to managing this disease. They aim to be the patient's partner and work together to make a treatment plan that best suits the needs and objectives of each individual patient.

Dr. Mignone is personally interested in genetic cardiomyopathies, cardiac amyloidosis and advanced heart failure management with ventricular assist devices. He has a strong interest in research, and currently, the heart failure clinic is enrolling in over 10 heart failure related clinical trials. The Advanced Cardiac Support program also has the longest practice knowledge in the Pacific Northwest using the cardiomem device for managing very complicated heart failure patients, particularly those people far from Seattle to help keep close management of the disease from the comfort of their own homes.
