Dr. Mignone is personally interested in genetic cardiomyopathies, cardiac amyloidosis and advanced heart failure management with ventricular assist devices. He has a strong interest in research, and currently,the heart failure clinic is enrolling in over 10 heart failure related clinical trials. The Advanced Cardiac Support program also has the longest practice knowledge in the Pacific Northwestusingthe cardiomem device for managing very complicated heart failure patients, particularly those peoplefar from Seattle to help keep close management of the disease from the comfort of their own homes.
