The interactions I have had with Swedish have been, for the majority of the interactions, been positive and very efficient. The staff has been very warm and helpful - that put me at ease and made me feel like I was valued. That is helpful because it helps a patent not hesitate to call to get their questions answered and get clarification. It helps keep the patient - medical staff communication open. Jacqueline was very attentive and answered any and all questions we had. She was very careful when removing my stitches and staples. She explained after Care very well and I felt very confident in being able to come home and knowing what to do.

Jaci was very receptive in my input and collaborated with me in diagnosing me with previously undiagnosed very symptomatic pericarditis. I had classical signs and symptoms of acute pericarditis post sternal plating. I had significantly elevated CRP and sed rate. Jaci listened to my input, and immediately started me on appropriate medical treatment. I am very greatly appreciated for Jaci's care!
