I have always been very impressed with the quality of the team assembled at Swedish. Every appointment has come together the way they were planned, and I am confident that the team will address any health issues I face with the best wisdom and expertise available. In addition, they accomplish this with personal concern and strength of spirit and character, with a smile and a warm greeting. It has been a few months since this happened, but I believe it bares pointing out: I had an appointment at Swedish the day most employees came back from the holiday break at the end of last year. At that appointment I noticed how cheerful the staff was, Every one of them! I hear so many reporting that everyone in the medical field are taxed to the breaking point, but it certainly wasn't evident during that visit. Those who sit in high places and make the decisions that impact the moods and attitudes of your employees ought to be aware that as much as those smiles I observed are obvious to your patrons, so to is a stressful environment. A few years ago, I was seeing a provider whose office was burdened with a very heavy load. I left that provider because my prescriptions were often not called in for refills and pertinent information was not included in my charts when I looked at MyChart. I have only once had a less than positive experience with the Swedish/Providence group and that was probably my fault because I showed up several minutes early (before the office opened). I thank you all and applaud your efforts and encourage you to keep up the good work.

This was a follow up to cardiac surgery. The care I received at Swedish Cherry Hill both for the heart surgery, the pre surgery visits and procedure as well as the follow up visit was exemplary.

PA Calvin was able to remove my stitches from surgery and answer all my questions satisfactorily.The appointment was not rushed and I was afforded all the time I needed for my questions. As with all other Swedish personnel, PA Calvin was professional, courteous, respectful and patient. Thank you.
