Exceptionally good experience.

Provider is very patient-centric. In addition to surgical skill qualifications, Dr. Lehr was compassionate, kind and unhurried. He asked additional family members at the appointment if they had questions.

I appreciate Dr. Lehr's manner of engaging with his patients, answering questions and listening to what I had to say about my condition.

This provider worked to coordinate data with two other cardiac docs in an attempt to share information with them he found relevant. Neither of the other two docs were available for a conversation, so they will gather sometime soon to "compare notes" about both my condition and the best "fix" to offer. Dr. Lehr is well-versed in my health, given he did the first surgery related to a cardiac issue I had. All of my experiences with him have been very positive. I trust him implicitly and respect his opinions. I feel fortunate to know his input will help guide the way forward for me.

I was very pleased with the preop service provided by the doctor and his staff, I was less satisfied with the postop service and attention, more importantly, understanding How the surgical procedure actually went, including what went well and what perhaps did not go as well.

I can't commend the employees of Swedish enough. They are always professional, courteous, respectful, and very importantly cheerful. I'm not sure how you achieve that last one but it's unique to your organization and very important in patient care.

Dr Lehr was doctor for original heart surgery in 2014. Was impressed with him then, still am. Not only capable and knowledgeable, he's also up front on pros and cons of procedure being considered. Dr Lehr comes across as very personable. Would want him as a friend.
