Dr. MacCormick is always kind, considerate and very helpful for answers to questions I ask. She is a very calming and , secure person. She has the talent to always make you feel good about yourself.

She listens very well! And she also knows how to be lighthearted when the time is right.

When my doctor of almost 7 years left I was deeply concerned. I have met with Dr. McCormick two times. She has offered some additional steps on some testing that wasn't in the normal range. She answers all of my questions. I feel completely supported by her and her office as a whole.

It was very difficult to reach the doctor or her team as quickly as I would have liked. There is always a recording. It was suggested to rely on MyChart, but it was broken- it did not allow me to message her. MyChart has had this problem for over 2 years. They said it would be "fixed" next month. I had to do a run around and contact my PCP's office to have her added to my care team. Even at that, I had to put in a lot of my own time to rectify this situation. Inability to contact a doctor and receive a prompt response in a time- sensitive situation unnecessarily adds to patient stress and disappointment when it comes to support. To her credit, the doctor spent extra time with me beyond the meager 20 minutes allotted for a previously scheduled ( routine) visit- to discuss and determine change of medication.

Absolutely top notch.. From reception to technical staff and of course my excellent Oncologist,,Dr. McCormick compassionate, caring, soothing
