Patient and Family Advisory Council

The Swedish LGBTQI+ Program aims to improve LGBTQI+ care at Swedish with and for our community. In July 2022, we successfully implemented the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC), and plan on holding listening/feedback sessions to:

  • Build a safe and inclusive community space
  • Provide input and guidance on the LGBTQI+ Program, along with recommendations for other LGBTQI+ programming and services

We are proud to compensate PFAC and listening/feedback session participants $50 per hour for their time and expertise.

The PFAC meetings occur every 4th Monday of the month from 6-7 p.m. and will take place via Microsoft Teams.

If you are interested in joining the LGBTQIA+ PFAC or sharing your experience as a patient, please complete this interest form. Someone will get back to you within 14 business days of your submission.
