Senior Wellness

The Senior Wellness program at Swedish is dedicated to providing the best care possible for people who live in a long-term care or retirement home setting. Our physicians and nurse practitioners specialize in caring for older individuals.

We work with people as outpatients or inpatients, and tailor care to each person’s individual needs. In addition, Senior Wellness provides comprehensive functional and cognitive assessments, holds family conferences and coordinates care with other physicians and residential staff.
