Swedish is committed to patient safety during the strike period of January 28-31. Please note the Ballard and Redmond Emergency Departments will be temporarily CLOSED during the labor strike. For more information and updates on other areas impacted, please visit our newsroom.
It just takes two steps:
We’ll take it from here and contact your patient directly to schedule an appointment. Although it depends on the case and type of specialty, most patients are seen within a week.*
We value the trust you place in us when you refer patients to Swedish; therefore, we establish a direct line of communication with you to keep you apprised of your patient’s progress.
*Appointment schedules vary for the following specialties: endocrinology, epilepsy, nephrology, nutrition and urology. In some cases, our specialists will contact the referring physician first prior to scheduling a patient appointment.
