If you are experiencing symptoms such as a fever and respiratory illness and are in need of additional screening, please contact your primary care provider to make an appointment at one of our testing locations.
Yes. A provider will work with you to determine if a COVID-19 test is appropriate based on your symptom(s) and medical history. An office visit with a provider is required.
For Swedish patients, contact your primary care provider to determine if you should be evaluated. If you're not a Swedish patient you may visit https://schedule.swedish.org to find a primary care provider. Additionally, Swedish Edmonds Urgent Care accepts walk-ins and same day reservations for patients exhibiting symptom(s). An office visit with a provider is required.
At this time patients that are asymptomatic are not being tested for COVID-19. Visit the website of the county you reside in to inquire about asymptomatic testing. You can also visit www.pixel.labcorp.com/providence for at home testing.
Travel testing is not offered at this time.
No. At this time molecular PCR COVID-19 testing is being offered. A nasal swab will be used to determine whether you have an active COVID-19 infection.
The easiest way to get your results is via your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account you can sign up here. Patients that do not have a MyChart account will be contacted with results.
Check with your medical insurance carrier to check if the cost of the test is covered.
