Swedish Patient
She was friendly, knowledgeable, a direct communicator, and showed patience and empathy. These are desirable attributes in an oncology specialist, because the stakes are higher when cancer may be involved. With cliinical or virtual visit time so limited (10 to 20 min max), as a patient it is important to me to get the information I need, understand it, and feel comfortable raising questions, regardless of how wrong or irrelevant they may be.
