If you've been diagnosed with skin cancer, Mohs micrographic surgery offers one of the most effective, precise ways to treat it. It's an outpatient procedure done right in our surgical suite, with one of the highest cure rates available for many types of skin cancer.

What makes Mohs different is that your surgeon acts as both the surgeon and the pathologist. They remove one thin layer of tissue at a time and examine each layer under a microscope on the spot, repeating the process only where cancer cells remain. Because we treat exactly what needs treating and nothing more, we can protect as much of your healthy skin as possible.

Once your skin is clear of cancer, we repair the area for the best functional and cosmetic results, using reconstructive techniques when they're needed to help you look and feel like yourself.
