Excellent facilities, excellent medical personnel and an excellent doctor.

While I appreciate the visit with the doctor I was not consulted on the scheduling of the appointment. It worked out fine but more prior knowledge would have been helpful.

He was the nicest doctor that I have seen in the past 5 years. He was very polite and understood my urgency.

Dr. Huang was dismissive about my suggestions for being proactive in my own care. 1) In studying about my potential surgery (robot-assisted prostatectomy), I have learned that many patients do better at recovering continence by establishing care with a pelvic-floor physical therapist before surgery. When I tried to work towards this idea, he dismissed the idea and said "Just do kegels [after surgery]". 2) When I asked how I could best physically prepare my body for surgery, he again dismissed the question. His response amounted to, "You're healthy, it'll be fine", in about as many words. I would hope a doctor in his position would at least ask me about my general fitness and physical activity so he could give me an informed assessment. In this surgery I am facing, I am losing control over some very basic bodily functions, and potentially losing them entirely. It's distressing. I want to do things that are in my control, anything at all that will improve my odds of good outcomes, even if its by a small degree. I want to be an active collaborator in my own treatment and healing. I suppose I could research and do helpful things without involving my surgeon at all, but it's sad to have him brush me aside when I ask to be a partner in my own care. In another matter, when the scheduler initially called me to make an appointment, I was unable to answer and they didn't bother to leave a message. I only knew they had even called after I asked through MyChart why no one had called me yet.

My appointment, wait time was minimal. Dr Huang & staff took time to explain things and set an appointment 6 months from now and I never felt rushed or unheard. I wish all my Dr appointments were this quick and thorough. Great friendly team!

Dr. Huang is an amazing doctor. I went to him for a second & he said he can do the surgery. I went in with cancer & came out with none. Best case scenario. I will always highly recommend him.

Dr. Huang explained things to me very clearly, and was receptive to my questions and concerns.My answer on the "how like is it that you would recommend..." question is not very high, only because people don't ask me for recommendations on medical professionals. But if someone actually asked for a recommendation for Dr. Huang's specialty, I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Huang was awesome. Assistant was really nice and good too. Great pair delivering awesome care.

Keep in mind that I've only seen this doctor twice; I was referred to him by my regular physician at Seattle Roots, and there was the initial appointment and a follow-up. So my feedback here is based on very limited interaction.

Dr Huang is absolutely the best. He is kind, patient and spends time explaining everything. He made a terrifying diagnosis (prostate cancer) less scary and I felt safe in his care. Swedish is lucky to have him.

The care from the provider was everything it could be under the circumstances of the diagnosis.

Great doctor and nurses, poor desk and scheduling staff.

Although I had several surgeries this year and confirmed diagnosis is such as interstitial so this doctor proceeded to tell me that he doesn't like slapping diagnosis on top of something that equates to "drinking too much water" Although I don't drink enough water, Although he did not review my chart and completely disregarded my surgeon's findings. He even chuckled in my face.

I waited 15 minutes in the lobby before being ushered to an exam room. I waited a little over 30 minutes in the exam room until the physician showed up. He did apologize and took responsibility for being late.
