We didn't actually have an appointment. We stopped in to see if we could get in earlier than our rescheduled appointment. His assistant made arrangements to get us in that day instead of having to come back.

Dr. Lee was great. He discussed with me a series of steps to manage my condition that were detailed and appropriate.

Provider was somewhat grumpy that I did not provide a urine volume diary, said he "could not help me" without one, seemingly unaware that my visit was scheduled just the day before. He explained that only a probable diagnosis could be made until he could see a urine diary. That was reasonable to expect-had I been told that I would not have scheduled the appoint ment so soon. However, since he seemed to be anxious to finish what he apparently thought was a waste of his time, I took a diary form and made my follow-up appointment.

Dr. Robin Lee is a great provider, very attentive and responds to my medical questions with a great level of details.

I am grateful I was referred to Dr. Lee. After a thorough examination including imaging, he was able to diagnosis the problem. The solution to my issue fit the specialty of another doctor in the practice. Dr. Lee spoke with the other doctor who was able to see me the following day and surgery was scheduled.I never felt rushed anytime with Dr. Lee or the care team. Dr. Lee was patient, kind, and explained the issue and options clearly to me. I ended up in the ED at First Hill that evening. I was impressed that Dr. Lee called me as did other members of the care team to ensure I was okay.

Dr. Lee had a very warm and direct manner that made me feel comfortable. He also seemed very knowledgeable and open to discussing my issues in detail. I thought he was very competent.

This was my first visit after moving to the area. Dr Lee was able to do a Cystoscopy to look for more cancer tumors, TX doctor had been monitoring this was ever 3 months. Dr Lee found another small tumor and was quick to get me set up for surgery. A big relief for me knowing history and seeing a new specialist.
