The care provider (Dr Maahum Haider) was great. She was nice, listened to me, as very knowledgeable, and came up with a goog plan for treatment. I had only two minor issues. First, it was difficult to get a timely appointment. I scheduled an appointment as soon as was available, and I also signed up for the waitlist to get an earlier appointment because my condition was fairly urgent, but I only learned that an earlier appointment was available because I called again to check if there was an appointment sooner than what I had previously scheduled. The second minor issues is that I had a urine test done and received the results in MyChart. But I the office didn't contact me to explain them. That's OK, because it was obvious to me that the urine test result was fine based on the description of the normal range for each item in the results. And I have a follow-up appointment to talk with Dr Haider once I finish a course of antibiotics. If I had been concerned or unclear about the test result I would have called the office for an explanation of the results, but that wasn't the case so it's not a big deal.
