Ms. Wilson is very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. She is non-judgemental and otherwise difficult topics are easy to share with her. Very professional. There is a sense that she is sought out and (likely) over scheduled. (Hence my 9 score.) That said, she never rushes our time or cuts me short. She is a fine example of the way things SHOULD be. If all practitioners displayed her care and grace, you wouldn't need to send out an Improvement survey.

Total confidence in PA Wilson; she is thorough, answers all of my questions and gives great advice. I highly recommend her.

My provider clearly documented everything I needed to know from my visit.

He occasionally called to check on the patient's condition, and even visited to check on his health when he was receiving treatment in another room. I don't remember anything bad.

She took the time to listen and ask follow up question. She gave me answers and ensured I understood and had no more questions if my own.

This was a consultation visit, and everything was addressed to my satisfaction.
