My provider clearly documented everything I needed to know from my visit.

He occasionally called to check on the patient's condition, and even visited to check on his health when he was receiving treatment in another room. I don't remember anything bad.

She took the time to listen and ask follow up question. She gave me answers and ensured I understood and had no more questions if my own.

Julia Wilson is an amazing provider and one I would highly recommend. However, scheduling challenges make her very difficult to see. Patients must wait months for an appointment, which is not patient-centered care. PacMed needs to hire more staff in their urology team.

Care provider was great and knowledgeable. My only issue is that it takes so long to get an appointment.

Julia has always answered my questions and initiates discussion on on my prostate and recently the Foley catheter which was inserted in the ER. She has also reached out to me with further questions and concerns about the catheter.

Showed concern for finding a solution to my problem. She has a very pro-active personality.

My visit with Julia Wilson was the best experience I have had with medical professionals in the past several years. She was thorough, easy to understand, and she covered everything we needed to discuss. She's a PA, but I got more information and answers from her than I have from the Medical Doctors I've seen in the last few years. I wish I could say positive things about the reception staff, but the young man had to call his supervisor over when he couldn't answer my questions or get me checked in. The supervisor promptly set things straight.
