I had not seen this Doctor , before . I was very impressed with her ! She explained a lot to me about my Kidney problem . Things didn't know before ! I really appreciated her concerns about me .

Ms. Wilson is very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. She is non-judgemental and otherwise difficult topics are easy to share with her. Very professional. There is a sense that she is sought out and (likely) over scheduled. (Hence my 9 score.) That said, she never rushes our time or cuts me short. She is a fine example of the way things SHOULD be. If all practitioners displayed her care and grace, you wouldn't need to send out an Improvement survey.

Julia Wilson is an amazing provider and one I would highly recommend. However, scheduling challenges make her very difficult to see. Patients must wait months for an appointment, which is not patient-centered care. PacMed needs to hire more staff in their urology team.
