Everything was as well as could be expected. I hadn't logged into my Mychart yet, from previous providers. After doing so, I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask Dr. Soji.

Dr. Sanji was personal and professional. We discussed a plan that I feel confident about knowing he will be in charge.

My only comment is that I hadn't received my biopsy test results after two weeks so I asked via MyChart how long should I expect and tada, the results were given to me. Fortunately they were negative so I wish I had known earlier then wondering about it for two weeks.

Dr. Saji always listened to my questions and concerns and respected my/our suggestions from which he gave an honest opinion and answers.

My service was as good if not better I am happy with what we had a conversation about and I will go see him again.

His team was very professional. The young lady who took my information was polite and funny. The doctor was easy to understand and made sure I understood.

The provider was very polite with my wife and I, he explained the procedure to us and made us feel very comfortable about what to expect, he also introduced us to his surgery scheduler, she told us that she would take care of getting all of the proper authorization for my procedure

Dr. Saji is a good listener and very professional. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was very responsive.

Dr Saji was excellent in dealing with any questions or concerns I had. His team was always helpful as well.

Dr. Saji does not excel at patient interactions. He did not explain things well, and did not seem concerned with the discomfort my symptoms were causing.

None the visit was really good all were professional and took the time to listen to my concerns.
