I was particularly pleased that Ashland Applegate was willing and able to get input from one of the surgeons and provide that information to me.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE

Ashlan was exceptional. She had taken the time to become completely familiar with my medical history related to this visit - BHP/Prostate. She carried out several examinations of the affected areas to better understand the treatment path forward. She carefully explained my options and next steps and has meticulously followed up on each of my subsequent Lab Tests to further refine the path forward. This was the most effective and straightforward diagnostic appointment I have every had!

I have been on FMLA for 3 months now and have been very pleased with all my Practitioners service. Iam glad that PacMed has been my choice for years.

Ms Applegate was very thorough in her examination. She showed a genuine concern for my well-being and took extra time to discuss my issues and provide a comprehensive explanation for all my questions. Ms Applegate didn't rush and she has a great bedside manner. I left feeling heard and well-cared for. It is my intention to stick with this provider as I cannot imagine having a better clinical experience. Her assistant is of the same caliber and had a positive outlook that I found endearing. The front desk workers are efficient and were easy to work with and treated me better than most reception teams. I am happy to say I'd recommend the entire staff to anyone needing this type of service.

Excellent eye contact when I was explaining my medical history & current symptoms. Thoughtful questions. Explained "next steps" regarding diagnosing my condition and determining treatment. Utilized lay language to give me probable understandings re: my health condition.

Dr. Applegate was simply awesome. She not only listened carefully to my health concerns and addressed my questions with clarity, she also left me feeling hopeful about treatment options going forward. She was personable and made me feel like I was heard. Her competence in her field, moreover, is obvious.

This provider ordered both labs and imaging at this visit. She and I did discuss the labs, but no one has called me to schedule the imaging yet. I do not require providers the make things "easy to understand," because I'm actually not stupid. I appreciated this provider's willingness to appropriately respond to my level of intelligence and understanding, rather than treating me like an imbecile.

She was a new provider and my first in PacMed after my stay in the hospital and needed someone to work with me on UTI information quickly.
