Ms. Applegate was highly professional during my visit, well informed on my particular health issue, and easy to communicate with! I feel myself lucky to have someone like Ms. Ashlan Applegate on my health care team.

Dr. Applegate was simply awesome. She not only listened carefully to my health concerns and addressed my questions with clarity, she also left me feeling hopeful about treatment options going forward. She was personable and made me feel like I was heard. Her competence in her field, moreover, is obvious.

This provider ordered both labs and imaging at this visit. She and I did discuss the labs, but no one has called me to schedule the imaging yet. I do not require providers the make things "easy to understand," because I'm actually not stupid. I appreciated this provider's willingness to appropriately respond to my level of intelligence and understanding, rather than treating me like an imbecile.

She was a new provider and my first in PacMed after my stay in the hospital and needed someone to work with me on UTI information quickly.
