Excellent care!

I am extremely fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Wolffe for my urogynecology care. She is very familiar with my entire & complex medical condition that unfortunately, impacts my gynecological needs. She's thoughtful, resourceful, respectful, & sharp as a tack. My husband accompanies me to all medical appts & oddly enough, most physicians - both male & female - look more frequently at him when responding to a question I've posed or in just general conversation - than they look at me. Not so Dr. Wolffe. I cannot tell you how frequently this happens & how irritating it has become so now I just bring it up to the aforementioned doctors with this predilection of looking at him rather than me. I also mention it to the doctors - like Birte Wolffe - who consciously look to me so that I reinforce this pattern of behavior. She is the rare soul who doesn't need such reinforcement but it never hurts to reward good or affirming behavior. The only thing I'll mention - & I believe it was simply a one-off oversight & not coming from a place of entitlement, but she was nearly 40 minutes late to our last appt & never expressly apologized. We would have appreciated a comment recognizing the impingement on our time but I suspect she's so grossly late THAT infrequently, I choose to believe she thought she had apologized. Dr. Wolffe has impeccable manners so the absence of an apology is highly uncharacteristic. She's the full package & has, with this one rare exception, every positive trait you'd want in a doctor & none of the off-putting or negative ones. She acts like she's the lucky one who has ME as a patient rather than the other way around. My only hesitation in posting this long response is that I will contribute to her patient portal expanding, making it harder to see her. And while I only need to see her once every three months so I'm able to conveniently schedule out that far, I believe seeing her for emergent care would not be difficult.

Nobody ever wants to go to a doctor. She's a good one and is as thorough as can be

I really appreciated the time Dr Wolfe spent understanding my history and concerns. She was thorough in her exam and addressing concerns I have as well as next steps. I felt heard.

This was my very first time with Dr. Wolf, so many of the questions did not pertain to that visit. I really like her "bedside manner". I felt answered and un-rushed regarding my issues. Hope to establish her as a regular follow up doctor.

It did take several months to get an appointment with Dr. Wolff; however, I can certainly see why she is in such high demand. As a new patient who had to travel a great distance to see her (from remote Alaska), I so appreciated her thorough exam, information, and patience. I left with a good solution to my condition, and helpful information about surgical options to consider. I felt much relief following this visit.

Phenomenal visit. This provider spent an extensive amount of time with me, explained everything clearly, answered questions and made sure she addressed every single one of my concerns. This is extremely rare to find anymore.

Dr Wolfe is an amazing physician- she truly listens to the patient experience and tailors care appropriately. She is also incredibly trauma informed and compassionate.

The telemetry visit was actually pretty good for an initial visit with the urologist specialist. I have a gambit of urology issues and have trouble with continuity of care due to relocating.

I was referred to Dr. Wolfe by my retiring GP. Lucky me, as I told Dr. Wolfe as she exceptionally kind and competent. Thinks creatively, outside of the box; takes time to talk to us ABOUT us and shares interesting things with us about herself (her chickens aren't laying eggs in the cooler weather so I suggested she heat their coop, etc.); she doesn't travel with a posse (most of the time) so privacy about delicate topics is assured. She is the kind of person who makes you just feel better after having been around her. She was so humbled when we told her as much.

Dr Wolfe is attentive and thorough. She explains reasons for changing treatment or adding/removing medications as well as why it is better not to change too many things at once.
