Everyone from the time I went through the door it was a positive surrounding and very friendly people all around, staff and doctors and the nurses that was assisting the doctor.

This was an initial visit for a future surgery. This was my first experience at Swedish. I was pleased with my care and the info given helped me make needed decisions.

It took over 6 months to get a appt with this provider. After my visit, I can see why. I know I am in good hands. Though she was running behind (told me so), once in the exam room I had her undivided attention. Everyone that I encountered was compassionate, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and positive.

She, and her resident and nurse, were easy to talk with, thorough, and on time. All office staff were polite and professional.

The appointment was very helpful. I was give further testing kits and lots of ideas to try for resolution of problem. All staff were very attentive to need of hearing loss and faced me to speak.

I was very pleased with Dr. Birte Wolff, MD and her assistant. I was comfortable with the new patient exam. They were very professional and explaining everything they were doing during the exam. My daughter was with as well so that she could ask questions and listen in on the doctors findings and what will be happening. I was given Information on a procedures that I needed to read and decide which procedure will be best for me. I am confident that I have the best medical team for me.

Dr Wolff is professional, compassionate, thorough, and spends time w me to be certain I comprehend what is needed. The nurse staff is very good and kind and professional. The front office seems unsettled with many float staff but are most often thoughtful.

All my providers are easy to discuss any concerns I may have. It's very easy to get an app. I feel lucky to have such understanding care providers.

Good experience with provider; only problem was a 6month wait for the appointment for a chronic problem of concern, with Increasing symptoms.

It was one of the best, and most informative experiences I've had with a provider

Dr. Wolff was well-versed in the medical problem I was experiencing and conducted a gentle and considerate examination. She presented me with treatment options, and did not hesitate to treat the problem at the time of the appointment. Dr. Wolff's staff was kind and considerate and took care of me and a timely fashion. The only negative thing I have to say is that the waiting time to get a new patient appointment was more than five months. As I see it, this is not the fault of Dr. Wolff, but more likely the result of lack of gynecologist specialists in the Swedish medical system.

Dr. Wolff is so sharp, I always feel like I'm getting good information and direction. EVen if my case isn't as severe, she listens and responds with care. Gave me the confidence to start exercising more fully again after my first visit! And good counsel on how to handle a 2nd pregnancy. Will be forever grateful

Dr Wolff was exceptional. This was my first time seeing her but she was kind, sensitive and knowledgeable. I will recommend her to anyone looking for care. The only criticism is having to o wait months to see her. I hope Swedish can find more doctors like Dr Wolfe for this specialty.

My physical issue began I during the Covid lockdown and it was hard to find a doctor who understood my particular issue. Dr Wolff joined this practice and I felt I was in the best possible care, she understood and I have seen some good recovery.
