I felt Dr. Panaich was very knowledgeable about my situation and the procedure necessary to remedy it. He explained the procedure clearly and was open to questions if I needed clarification.I also felt the care team staff were extremely friendly and helpful.We travel a ways to attend appointments at Swedish, and everyone tries to be accommodating because of this.

I found this MD to be abrupt, disrepsecteful, and did not welcome questions. He received one phone call and two texts during our appointment. I found him to be arrogant, and when a physician does not welcome questions, I tend to run the other way!

From the front desk admitting to the discharge nurse, and all the nurses and doctors and surgeons and anesthesiologists and even the gal taking out the trash and cleaning the floor were exceptional, not just in their job performance, but in the way they treat the patient, (that's me!)! I have complete confidence in the Swedish and Providence care team.
