I had to wait at least 6 - 8 weeks to get a nerve study done when both of my feet and legs were numb. Dr Lloyd did order an urgent MRI of my lower spine and I was able to call around and get one in 1 1/2 weeks and a follow up appointment with him in 2 weeks. He was an excellent practitioner and very polite and informative.

I was very pleased with the visit. Dr. Lloyd exceeded my expectations in all ways.

Dr Lloyd is an excellent doctor. He listens to what I have to say, we talk about treatment options, and his advice and recommendations for the best outcome.

I felted heard as a patient. I enjoyed that the doctor was very knowledgeable about my history prior to the appointment. I didn't feel rush and he provided a space to ask questions. I have had a hard time in the past with doctor who don't listen and this experience definitely proved to me that there are doctors that care about their patients.

Dr. Lloyd is attentive, detailed, thorough, knowledgeable, and precise. He really listens and really gets the details of what you're saying correct, both in his conceptualization of the problem and in his documentation.

During my appointment with Dr Lloyd, he was very thorough in his examination, asked about history of simailar injury. With his examination and ultrasound he was able to explain why my knee has a predisposition for this type of injury. This was something that has never been explained to me by previous providers. I really appreciated how Dr Lloyd personally reached out to me through the patient portal after my visit. He provided me with the results of my x-ray and showed care and concerned by asking how I was doing in my recovery from my injury. I felt heard and cared for. I feel that he genuinely cares about his patients.

Everyone at Swedish, sport and spine in Bellevue is professional, kind and caring. They have an incredible team there. Dr Lloyd is exceptional. He hears everything I say, and is present and intentional with every response. He goes above and beyond to understand my whole body healthcare. And to provide Answers and/or resources to help make me a better patient. I wish all doctors were as empathetic, kind and professional as he is.

Dr Alexander Lloyd was attentive to my concerns regarding recent discomfort in my right shoulder. I will see him in February for a follow up. I started the PT exercises he prescribed and so far it's been improving my right shoulder.

Dr. Lloyd is awesome. He has been my go-to specialist for all my orthopedic issues, as well as my wife's and one of my son's.

Dr. Loydd os excellent. My only complaint is, it usually takes 4+ weeks to get appointment, however, that is true with any MD I see.

He did an excellent job informing me of what he was examining and looking out for as well as helped come up with a plan of care. Relative to other providers I have seen for this particular condition in last 3 months, Dr Lloyd is a Star. He excelled. He listened, actually examined, evaluated, and worked to get to the bottom of the issues with Ultrasound and then MRI, where others had not been as thorough and attentive to the subtleties. His diligence resulted in a clear understanding of what wrist injuries had been missed by other practitioners. I feel like I can see light at end of tunnel, albeit a slow road to recovery. I look forward to his further keen assessment and suggestions for recovery, alongside that of Hand Surgeon.
