Professional but personable. Thorough and very attentive.

Dr Lloyd is an excellent physician. He is not only kind but intelligent and very good at the procedures he does such as the PRP I am getting in my knees. I feel he is getting very good results considering how advanced my arthritis is in my knees.

Dr Lloyd not only reviews current meds, both by patient viewing form, making any changes, and also verbally. Just as my PCP, Dr Lloyd also likes to see OTC herbs/certain ointments may have certain ingredients. He also described the owie needle thing extremely well. Dr Lloyd knows I have fears, since I'm able to drive with both hands still, he's allowing me time. I know Dr Lloyd is so specialized, and my late father used to say,, "Those extremely specialized are excellent at what they do." That's how I feel about Dr Lloyd. I wholeheartedly trust my entire mobility, medical advice, and overall use of my right arm to Dr Lloyd I understand I have a chronic condition. I know it's going to be a long road of choices, and pain is a given I appreciate not being treated with OPI for a condition I'll have a year from now, and on, and on. I'm grateful he tells me the way it is, yet in a very kind manner, so I don't feel so disabled. Dr Lloyd was also very kind to rescan the area, see it's still inflamed. He advised the Nitroglycerin patches will only work for so long. I need this info, since I explained I don't like driving with only one hand. He takes the patient's primary concern (driving safely) and advises how to handle. If my Mom had an elbow issue, I'd definitely recommend Dr Alexander Lloyd, to any human

Dr Lloyd and his staff were particularly friendly and easy to deal with. Very professional but in a very caring manner and I loved it. He was able to get me the cortisone shots that I needed that same day and in fact because I had a problem getting to the office he waited for me and still saw me and that meant a lot to me. Great at addressing m y concerns

The appointment was easily and quickly done by the spine specialist team who ordered the test (ultrasound). There was basically no wait time at Dr. Lloyd's office, the receptionist and the entire team were very welcoming and courteous, and Dr. Lloyd was exemplary, listening patiently to all my concerns, taking the time needed to do the Investigation thoroughly and answered all my questions after the test, also making recommendations. He has wonderful bedside manners, and I appreciate the time he spent with my care.
