Dr Lloyd and his staff were particularly friendly and easy to deal with. Very professional but in a very caring manner and I loved it. He was able to get me the cortisone shots that I needed that same day and in fact because I had a problem getting to the office he waited for me and still saw me and that meant a lot to me. His staff actually came out and walked me into the office because I was having trouble walking so the experience here with Dr Alexander Lloyd and his staff was wonderful

Great at addressing m y concerns

The appointment was easily and quickly done by the spine specialist team who ordered the test (ultrasound). There was basically no wait time at Dr. Lloyd's office, the receptionist and the entire team were very welcoming and courteous, and Dr. Lloyd was exemplary, listening patiently to all my concerns, taking the time needed to do the Investigation thoroughly and answered all my questions after the test, also making recommendations. He has wonderful bedside manners, and I appreciate the time he spent with my care.

I have 3 injuries. All complex, all over past 12 months with no diagnosis or treatment that has worked. Dr Lloyd gave me an avenue that I have been wanting for awhile to try arthroscopic investigative surgery as all other treatments have failed. I was very pleased at the care I received, Dr, Lloyd , and his medical assistant listen to my concerns and offered solutions and follow up labs x-rays to get to a better plan for me.
